Empirical Study on Farmers'Planting Willingness and Influencing Factors in High-standard Farmland Project Area—Taking Qingyang City as an Example
Taking farmers as the research object and high-standard basic farmland construction standards as the theoretical basis,an ordered multi-classification Logistic model was constructed to analyze the influencing factors of farmers'satisfaction from the aspects of individual characteristics,family characteristics,farmers'cognition of high-standard farmland projects,water conservancy irrigation,roads and other hardware facilities.The results show that after the governance,farmers'satisfaction with farmland planting has increased,but the overall evaluation is still low,at a general to relatively satisfactory level;six variables,such as education level,occupation,whether to understand the high-standard farmland project near your home,the size and leveling of the field after the implementation of the high-standard farmland project,the drought and flood prevention of the farmland,and the increase of crop risk resistance,have the most significant impact on the planting satisfaction of farmers after treatment.It's recommended to scientifically plan high-standard farmland construction projects in the new round of high-standard farmland construction,and increase project investment;enhance farmers'awareness and improve farmers'participation enthusiasm;improve infrastructure construction and optimize the transportation network system.
