摘要
数字化乡村治理是将数字技术与乡村治理相结合,以实现农村现代化和乡村全面振兴,然而,在数字化乡村治理过程中面临着数据安全、数字鸿沟和人才匮乏等一系列挑战,应结合当前乡村实际和农民需求,从加强数据安全保障、数字基础设施建设和数字化人才培养等角度出发,探索适合中国的数字化乡村治理模式,以此推动数字化乡村治理迅速发展.
Abstract
Digital rural governance is the integration of digital technologies with rural governance,aiming to achieve rural modernization and comprehensive rural revitalization.However,the digital rural governance process encounters series of challenges such as data security,digital divide and talent shortage.It's crucial to consider the current rural realities and farmers'needs.From the perspective of strengthening data security,digital infrastructure construction and digital talent training,we should explore a digital rural governance model suitable for China,thereby promoting the rapid development of digital rural governance.
