摘要
农村基层治理法治化既是全面依法治国基本方略在农村基层社会治理层面的具体实践,也是支撑保障农业农村现代化、助力乡村振兴的应有之义和重要举措.本文总结了农村基层社会治理法治化对农村改革、乡村振兴的意义,分析了影响农村基层社会治理法治化建设的因素及农村基层社会治理法治化存在的问题,探索农村法治化建设的现实路径,以期加快农村法治化进程,促进农村地区现代化发展.
Abstract
The legalization of rural grassroots governance is not only the concrete practice of the fundamental strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law at the level of rural grassroots social governance,but also an essential meaning and important measure to support the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and help realize rural revitalization.This paper summarizes the significance of the rule of law in rural grassroots social governance to rural reform and rural revitalization,analyzes the factors affecting the rule of law in rural grassroots social governance and the problems existing in the rule of law in rural grassroots social governance,explores the realistic path of optimizing the rule of law in rural areas,speeds up the process of rural rule of law,and promotes the modernization of rural areas.
