The Administrative Transformation of the Undertaking Organization of Community Work Stations in Towns(Streets)—A Case Study of Nanjing Jiangning District's Community Work Stations Undertaking Organizations
Social work station is a comprehensive platform for grass-roots civil affairs services under the background of rural revitalization,aiming to bridge the'last metre'of service for the people.Through research on township(street)community work stations in Jiangning District of Nanjing,it's found that most of the community work stations in Jiangning District are operated by social organizations through government purchasing services.These service-oriented social organizations encounter problems such as role confusion,overloaded daily services,imbalanced human and resource allocation,and insufficient sustainable development momentum.Therefore,it is suggested that township(street)community work stations undertake organizational adjustment and positioning,complete administrative transformation from the aspects of service decentralization,resource coordination,talent and organization cultivation,and stimulating endogenous motivation,so as to facilitate rural revitalization come from below.
