分析粗叶榕组织培养外植体处理、培养基设计、生根苗移栽等关键步骤中常见问题,并进行试验,在此基础上总结出行之有效且可操作强的技术建议,旨在为粗叶榕组织培养提供参考,以提高繁殖效率和质量.
Abstract
Based on the practice of Ficus hirta Vahl tissue culture,this paper analyzes the main problems in the process of Ficus hirta Vahl tissue culture,such as the selection and treatment of explants,medium selection and adjustment,Tissue culture plantlets transplantation etc.Some Effective and practicable suggestions on culture technology also included in the paper.
