加强农业科研试验示范基地运行管理的探讨——以中国热带农业科学院儋州院区科研试验示范基地为例

摘要
以中国热带农业科学院儋州院区科研试验示范基地为例,深入分析该基地运行管理现状和存在的问题,提出了加强顶层设计、完善体制机制、强化后勤保障、加快机械化与现代化建设、推进试验场科研服务队伍建设和争取地方政府支持等措施,以期支撑我国热带农业科技事业发展,服务国家热带农业科学中心和海南自由贸易港建设,为农业科研试验示范基地发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
Taking Danzhou scientific research base of CATAS as an example,this paper deeply analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the operation and management of the base,and put forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the top-level design,improving the system and mechanism,strengthening the logistics support,accelerating the modernization construction,promoting the construction of the test site and seeking the support of local governments,reinforcing the construction of agricultural scientific research demonstration base,supporting the development of tropical agricultural science and technology in China,and serving the construction of National Tropical Agricultural Science Center and Hainan Free Trade Port,so as to provide reference for the development of agricultural scientific research demonstration base.
