摘要
农业电商精准扶贫是我国乡村振兴有力的抓手.本文基于海南建设自由贸易港背景下,探讨如何完善农业电商精准扶贫的长效机制,以期利用好自贸港政策,引导农产品走出去,推进精准扶贫与乡村振兴的有效衔接.
Abstract
Targeted poverty alleviation by agricultural e-commerce is a powerful starting point for rural revitalization in China.Based on the background of building a free trade port in Hainan,this paper discusses how to improve the long-term mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation by agricultural e-commerce,with a view to making good use of the free trade port policy,guiding agricultural products to go out and promoting the effective connection between targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
