通过问卷调查,从20个指标评价乡村旅游游客满意度,利用IPA模型绘制"满意度-重要性"的分析图.研究发现榆中县的餐饮、景观、娱乐3方面获得了游客的认可,但整体满意度不高,原因在于榆中县的交通及整体基础设施服务没有达到游客预期.因此,榆中县应改善交通环境、提升服务质量,提升游客整体满意度.
Abstract
Through questionnaire survey,this paper evaluates the satisfaction of rural tourists from 20 indicators,and draws an analysis chart of"satisfaction-importance"by IPA model.It is found that the catering,landscape and entertainment in Yuzhong County have been recognized by tourists,but the overall satisfaction is not high,because the transportation and overall infrastructure services in Yuzhong County have not met the expectations of tourists.Yuzhong county should improve the traffic environment,level up the service quality and enhance the overall satisfaction of tourists.
