摘要
本文以青岛平度市农民工非正规就业满意度为研究对象,分析影响农民工就业满意度的因素.结果发现:青岛平度市农民工对工作环境、工资收入、社会关系、发展机会等方面感到不满意.基于此,建议从改善农民工工作环境、提高劳动者工作收入、强化政府职能、重视职业技能培训等角度提升农民工非正规就业满意度.
Abstract
Conducted a study on the satisfaction of informal employment among migrant workers in pingdu city,Qingdao province,discussing the factors affecting their satisfaction.The study found that these workers in Pingdu express dissatisfaction with aspects such as working conditions,wage income,social relationships,and development opportunities,etc.Based on this findings,Suggestions from improving the working environment,improve the work income,strengthen the function of government,attaches great importance to the vocational skills training perspective to improve migrant workers informal employment satisfaction.
