摘要
S-诱抗素是由微生物次生代谢产生的一种无毒、无残留对食品及人体健康安全的植物生长调节剂.为探究S-诱抗素对红提葡萄产量和品质的影响,研究者选用10%S-诱抗素可溶性粉剂2 500倍液、3 333倍液、5 000倍液、10 000倍液、20 000倍液、0.01%芸苔素内酯可溶液剂3 333倍液在葡萄绒球期灌溉,测量果实成熟后产量和品质.结果表明:10%S-诱抗素可溶性粉剂能够有效增加葡萄果实果粒重、单穗重、产量,提高红提葡萄可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、维生素C及原花青素含量,推荐施用浓度为2 500-3 333倍液.
Abstract
S-inducin is a plant growth regulator produced by secondary metabolism of microorganisms,non-toxic,residue free,and safe for food and human health.In order to investigate the effect of S-inducin on the yield and quality of red grape,the author selected 10%S-inducin soluble powder at 2,500 times solution,3,333 times solution,5,000 times solution,10,000 times solution,20,000 times solution,and 0.01%brassinolide soluble solution at 3,333 times solution for irrigation during the grape pommel stage,and measured the yield and quality of the fruit after ripening.The results showed that 10%S-inducer soluble powder can effectively increase grape fruit grain weight,single ear weight,yield,and increase the content of soluble solids,soluble sugars,vitamin C,and procyanidins in red grapes.The recommended application concentration is 2,500-3,333 times the liquid.
