春季海南万宁小海浮游动物群落结构特征研究

2020年5月对万宁小海及附近海域的浮游动物群落结构特征开展调查研究,共获取25个站位的样品数据。结果显示,万宁小海及附近海域共鉴定阶段性浮游幼体21类以及浮游动物53科65属89种,优势种以鸟喙尖头溞(Penilia avirostris)、微刺哲水蚤(Canthocalanus pauper)占绝对优势,湾口及外海区的优势种丰富,多样性高,反观湾内潟湖区,种类组成较为单一。此外,湾口及外海区的浮游动物种类数、丰度和生物量均较高,整体呈现为湾口及外海区的浮游动物种类数、丰度和生物量>潟湖区浮游动物种类数、丰度和生物量,存在明显空间差异性。
Research on Community Structure Characteristics of Zooplankton during Springtime in Wanning Xiaohai,Hainan
in May 2020,surveys on community structure of zooplankton in Wanning Xiaohai and its offshore areas were conducted,obtaining samples from 25 stations.Results indicated that a total of 89 species of zooplankton belonging to 65 genera within 53 family,and 21 classes of pelagic larvae were identified in Wanning Xiaohai and its offshore areas.Predominant species were mainly composed of Penilia avirostris and Canthocalanus pauper in spring,and dominant species of bay and offshore areas were plentiful,also with a higher diversity.While the lagoon areas of bay were relatively simplex.Furthermore,species,abundance and biomass in bay and offshore areas were higher than others,which existed an obvious spatial variability.
