乡村振兴背景下农村土地流转问题分析

摘要
土地流转是推动农业规模化发展、落实乡村振兴战略的关键.当前,土地流转规模不断扩大,土地流转方式和经营主体日趋多元化,但土地流转制度建设水平不高,存在立法制度不健全、流转推广力度不强,流转市场不完善,农村社会保障制度不健全等问题,提出健全土地流转法制法规、加大流转宣传力度、完善土地流转交易市场等解决路径,以期推进农村土地流转顺利进行.
Abstract
Land transfer is crucial promoting the large-scale development of modern agriculture and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.Currently,the scale of land transfer continues to expand,the mode of land transfer and the management subject are increasingly diversified,but the institutional construction level of land transfer is not high,with issues such as incomplete legislative system,insufficient promotion,imperfect land transfer and transaction market,and inadequate rural social security system.it is proposed to improvethe legal system for land transfer,strengthen publicity efforts,refine the land transfer trading market,aiming to faciliate the smooth progress of rural land transfer work.
