Research on the Optimization of Food Safety Assurance Process Management System During Major Events—Taking the Dunhuang Cultural Fair as an Example
Ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products consumed during large-scale activities is one of the basic conditions to ensure the smooth progression.In the context of the Belt and Road Initiative,the Dunhuang Cultural Fair has been held for five sessions since its inaugural session in 2016.In this study,Nvivo12 coding software was used to encode primary data on the protection and interview materials of edible agricultural products collected from 2016 to 2019.Through a three-level coding process,it identifies that factors affecting the quality and safety of edible agricultural products during large-scale activities are composed of external and internal factors,including policy factor,system factor and financial factor,as well as internal factors comprising technical factor and consciousness factor.In view of the influencing factors,specific suggestions were put forward to improve policy loopholes,refine the inspection system,increase financial investment,strengthen personnel training,and enhance ideological awareness,aiming to improve the effectiveness of the assurance process and serve as a reference for similar large-scale events in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.
