Development and Process Optimization of Mycelium Straw Biomass Composites
The preparation process of mycelium straw biomass composite material is very important. This paper mainly explores the effects of corn straw particle size, rice straw particle size, corn cob addition and lime content on mycelium growth. The single factor experiment method was used, and each factor was repeated 3 times. The three different particle sizes of corn straw\rice straw were more than 80 mesh, less than 80 mesh, and the particle size of the powder was not sieved. The amount of corn cob was 0%,20%,40%,and 60%,respectively.The amount of lime added was 1%,2%,3%,4%,and 5%,respectively.The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the growth of mycelium and feeding time. The smaller the particle size of corn straw, rice straw. The more conducive to the growth of mycelium, the better the toughness of the strain will be.The mycelium growth rate of corn straw and rice straw with a particle size of more than 80 mesh is the fastest, and the average mycelium growth rate is 0.69,0.72cm/d,respectively.The mycelium growth is also good;the more the amount of corncob added, the more conducive to the growth of mycelium, when the addition amount of corncob was 60%,the mycelial growth rate was the fastest, but the toughness was the best when the addition amount of corncob was 20%.With the increase of lime addition, the mycelial growth rate increased, and then showed a downward trend. The maximum growth rate was 0.73 cm/d,but the mycelial growth rate was 0.68~0.73 cm/d,and the difference was not significant. The strain has good toughness.Starting from saving raw materials, adding 1%lime in the formula is the best.
