海南枯水期大型重点水库浮游植物群落结构研究

为了解枯水期海南大型重点水库浮游植物的群落特征,于2022年4月在松涛水库、大广坝水库和牛路岭水库共采集了11个浮游植物样品,分析研究浮游植物群落结构特征。结果表明:松涛水库共鉴定出浮游植物7门69种(属),优势种以小空星藻(Coelastrum microporum)为主。大广坝水库共鉴定出浮游植物7门75种(属),优势种以克罗顿脆杆藻(Fragilaria crotonensis)为主。牛路岭水库共鉴定出浮游植物6门93种(属),优势种则以螺旋鱼腥藻(Anabaena spiroides)占主。松涛水库、大广坝水库和牛路岭水库的浮游植物丰度分别为7。5×105~7。7×105 cells/L,6。9×105~8。3×105 cells/L、7。5×105~1。8×106 cells/L,水库各站位丰度存在明显差异。总体而言,3大水库浮游植物均匀度指数略低,生物多样性指数和丰富度指数水平较高,库区内生物种类较丰富,水体呈清洁无污染状态。
Research on Phytoplankton Community Structure of Major Reservoirs during the Dry Season in Hainan
In order to understand the characteristics of phytoplankton communities in major reservoirs of Hainan during the dry season,a total of 11 phytoplankton samples were obtained in Songtao Reservoir,Daguangba Reservoir and Niululing Reservoir in April 2022.Results showed that 69 species(genera)of phytoplankton belonging to 7 phylum were identified in Songtao Reservoir,the dominant species were mainly composed of Coelastrum microporum.A total of 75 species(genera)belonging to 7 phylum were identified in Daguangba Reservoir,dominant species were consisted of Fragilaria crotonensis.93 species(genera)of phytoplankton belonging to 6 phylum were identified in Niululing Reservoir,and dominant species were mainly composed of Anabaena spiroides.In addition,phytoplankton abundance range of Songtao,Daguangba and Niuling reservoirs were 7.5×105 cells/L~7.7×105 cells/L,6.9×105 cells/L~8.3×105 cells/L,7.5×105 cells/L~1.8×106 cells/L respectively,and with obvious differences among the stations of reservoirs..In general,the phytoplankton uniformity index of three reservoirs were slightly lower,while the biodiversity index and richness index were generally higher,the biological species in the reservoir areas were also rich,and quality of hydroecology was clean with out.signs of pollution.
