Thoughts,Considerations,and Actions of Rural Digital Governance Platform—A Case Study Based on the'Four Governance Integration'in Tongxiang
Digital rural construction is an indispensable part of rural revitalization,and digitalization of rural governance is a significant component of digital rural construction process.Through the analysis of Zhejiang Tongxiang's practical case,where achieve the integration of rural digital governance,this article elaborates on the operational mechanism of optimizing governance structure,improving governance processes,and enhancing governance capabilities of its digital platform.It is found that the operation of its digital platform still faces practical challenges such as being ahead of schedule,superficial,and under pressure.In response to the problems existing in the digital platform of Tongxiang,it is proposed that the construction and development of digital platforms should emphasize the concept of people-oriented,strengthen collaborative efficiency,and play a role in reducing burden,so that digital platforms can empower rural areas to better achieve digital governance.
