摘要
近年来利用胚挽救技术在物种远缘杂交育种、早期退化胚的挽救、培育三倍体及改良植物品种等方面的应用越来越多.本文从作物、果树、蔬菜、园艺四个方面全面综述了不同物种对胚挽救技术的不同用法,旨在为挖掘胚挽救技术提供思路,为扩大种质资源、解决植物生产实践中遇到的各种问题提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,the use of embryo salvage technology has been increasingly applied in species distant hybridization breeding,salvage of early degraded embryos,cultivation of triploids and improvement of plant varieties,etc.This paper comprehensively reviews the different applications of embryo rescue techniques across various species in crops,fruit trees,vegetables,and horticulture.It aims to provide insights into harnessing the potential of embryo rescue technology and serves as a reference for expanding germplasm resources and addressing various challenges encountered in plant production practices.
