祁连山保护区生态移民生产生活现状调查及存在问题分析

摘要
为了减少人为活动对祁连山保护区生态环境的干扰和破坏,提高自然修复能力,2016年对祁连山保护区核心区内的农牧民进行生态移民搬迁.2022年采取查阅资料和入户走访的形式调查了生态移民生产生活现状,结果发现,生态移民情绪稳定、生产有序、移风易俗、产业成形,但也存在故土情节依存、产业筹资困难、种植结构单一、生产技能不高等问题并针对存在的问题提出相应对策,以期对下一步祁连山缓冲区和实验区生态移民搬迁工作具有一定的指导作用.
Abstract
In order to reduce interference and destruction of ecological environment from human activities and enhance its natural restoration capabilities,an ecological migration of farmers and herders within the core area of reserve was carried out in 2016.The production and living status of ecological migrants were assessed by the form access to information and household visits in 2022.It was found that the migrants are emotionally stable,production is orderly,custom have evolved positively,industry is formed.However,the problem of land plot was relied;difficulties in raising funds for industries;the planting structure was single;and low production skill remain.Accordingly,corresponding countermeasures have been proposed to provide certain guidance for future ecological migration work in Qilian Mountain buffer and experimental area.
