摘要
咖啡是世界三大饮料之一,云南咖啡产业是我国咖啡产业的重要组成部分.普洱市种植咖啡已有100多年的历史,目前已成为当地重要的农业产业.本文通过梳理普洱市咖啡产业的发展现状和特点,运用SWOT方法分析其发展的优势、劣势、机遇以及挑战,从推广优势品种、规范市场管理、强化融合创新、打造精品庄园、拓宽市场渠道等方面提出对策建议,以期为普洱咖啡产业高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
Coffee is one of the three major beverages in the world(coffee,cocoa,and tea).The Yunnan coffee industry is a significant part of China's coffee industry.Coffee cultivation in Pu'er City has a history of over a hundred years and has become a crucial industry in the region.This article examines the current status and characteristics of the coffee industry in Pu'er City,employs the SWOT analysis model to assess its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and challenges,and proposes strategic recommendations in terms of promoting superior varieties,standardizing market management,strengthening integrated innovation,creating boutique estates,and expanding market channels.The aim is to provide reference for the high-quality development of the Pu'er coffee industry.
