Effects of Different Cultivation Formulas on Yield and Quality of Ganoderma Lucidum
To explore the suitable cultivation formulas for the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum bag material in Ceheng County,and to provide reference for the development of local Ganoderma lucidum cultivation industry.In this study,four different cultivation formulas were set up to compare the effects of different cultivation formulas on the growth,yield and quality of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium and fruiting body.The results showed that different cultivation formulas had significant effects on the average daily growth rate,cap diameter,stipe length,spore powder dry weight,fruiting body dry weight,total yield,triterpene and sterol content,Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide content,etc.,and the T3 treatment had the fastest growth rate,with the highest yield and the best quality.To sum up,in the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum bag material in Ceheng County,the suitable cultivation formula is:86.0%dry branches,7.0%bran,5.0%corn flour,1.0%lime and 1.0%gypsum,which are recommended to be vigorously promoted and applied locally.
