The Efficacy of Different Fungicides on the Prevention and Control of Mango Powdery Mildew
In order to explore suitable fungicides for the prevention and control of mango powdery mildew in Tianyang District,the author used"Tainong Mango"as the experimental material and set up 7 different fungicide treatments to compare the effects of different treatments on the prevention and control of mango powdery mildew and the yield.The results showed that the control effect was better with two fungicides,10 billion CFU/g Bacillus subtilis wettable powder(Ruizhen)and 0.5%emodin methyl ether water.After 14 days of the third application,the control effect exceeded 70%;Mango production was highest with 10 billion CFU/g Bacillus subtilis wettable powder(Ruizhen)and 0.5%emodin methyl ether water,which were 31.05%and 22.50%higher than the blank control,respectively.Conclusion:10 billion CFU/g Bacillus subtilis wettable powder(Ruizhen)and 0.5%emodin methyl ether aqueous solution are ideal drugs for preventing and treating mango powdery mildew.It is recommended to promote their use in mango production in Tianyang District.
