The Selective Detection of Trace Clothianidin Residues in Agricultural Products Using Co-MOF@Ag NPs/DNA Aptamer Fluorescent Probes
The selective recognition ability and sensitivity of fluorescent probes determine the quality of fluorescence detection technology. In this study,a Co-MOF@Ag NPs fluorescent material was synthesized via hydro-thermal method with auxiliary ligand, and then DNA aptamer was introduced as the recognition element to construct Co-MOF@Ag NPs/DNA aptamer fluorescent probe. The probe has excellent fluorescence luminescence, folding in a specific conformation when the probe can capture the DNA aptamer, resulting in a quenching fluorescence intensity of Co-MOF@Ag NPs/DNA aptamer, thus establishing a new method for detecting clothianidin residue in agricultural products.Due to the excellent fluorescence performance of the probe, this method has high sensitivity;Meanwhile,DNA aptamers can specifically recognize clothianidin, which can effectively eliminate other pesticides with similar structure, and has high selectivity. The linear range of the method was 5×10-13 mol/L~8 000×10-13 mol/L,and the detection limit was 1.67×10-13 mol/L.This method can be applied to the detection of actual samples such as bananas and cowpeas, with spiked recovery rate ranging from 84.0%-108.2%.
