Evaluation of Adaptability of 4 Small Arbors Species Based on Leaf Anatomical Structure
Leaf anatomical traits are important features that reflect plant function from a microscopic perspective. In this study, the leaves of 4 four plants in Xining City were used as materials to analyze the leaf epidermal tissue, sponge tissue, palisade tissue and its derivative trait parameters, and evaluated the adaptability of four plants to the environment. The microscopic morphological characteristics of the leaves were obtained by paraffin section, and the plant adaptability was evaluated by correlation analysis, principal component analysis and membership function analysis. The results showed that four plants had thicker leaves and developed palisade tissue, indicating that they had strong tolerance to the environment.Fuzzy membership function analysis showed that the order of adaptability of the four plants was ruby begonia>ulmus pumila>prunus triloba>syringa oblata. It shows that the analysis of leaf anatomical traits can be used as an effective means to evaluate the adaptability of plants to the environment and exploring the adaptation characteristics at the micro level helps to explain the functional adaptability of plants from the mechanism level.
