Effects of Potassium Fertilizer Application on Maize Yield and Quality
In order to explore the appropriate potassium fertilizer application rate in Yulin City,the author conducted field experiments in the local area.Using'Guidan 0810'maize variety as the experimental material,five different potassium fertilizer application treatments were set up,and the yield,quality and planting economic benefits of maize under different treatments were compared.The results showed that the appropriate potassium fertilizer application rate was helpful to improve the yield,quality and planting economic benefits of maize.Considering a number of factors,the recommended K2O application rate of maize in Yulin City was 50kg/hm2 under the experimental conditions.
