乡村振兴视域下农村人居环境整治研究——以山东省寿光市为例

摘要
为研究乡村振兴视域下农村人居环境整治成效,在"蹲点帮扶"工作中对山东寿光市各乡镇人居环境情况开展实地调研,同时查找环保部门相关资料.结果发现:寿光市各乡镇采取多项整治措施整治农村人居环境,但治理过程中仍然存在各乡镇发展不平衡、主体参与意识淡薄、资金支持力度不足等问题.为促进打造乡村振兴的"齐鲁样板",结合实地调研情况,提出了健全长效保护机制、激发农民内生动力和多元化资金筹措渠道等改善农村人居环境质量的对策,以期对山东省广大农村地区人居环境改善工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
Study the effectiveness of rural living environment improvement from the perspective of rural revitalization,provide corresponding assistance during the rural living environment on-site investigation of various towns of Shouguang City,along with the review of relevant environmental protection department materials.The findings indicate although multiple measure have been taken by Shouguang towns to rectify the rural living environment,shortcomings such as uneven development among towns,weak participation awareness,and insufficient financial support still persist during the governance process.To promote the creation of a Shangdong model for rural revitalization,combined with the field research,recommendations have been proposed to establish a long-term protection mechanism,stimulate the internal driving force of farmers,and explore diversify funding channels to improve the quality of the rural living environment,so as to provide a reference for the improvement of the rural living environment in the broader rural areas of Shandong Province.
