Preliminary Study on Cutting Techniques of Ardisia humilis
Take cutting shoots from different parts of the branches of Ardisia humilis in the winter and spring, with different amount of leaves and rooting powder of different treatments on rooting trials. The results showed that taking basal and middle branches of Ardisia humilis for cutting shoots in the spring, and removed all of the leaves, cutting base soaked in the solution of rooting powder for 0.5 h, then parcel mud of rooting powder. After such treatment, we found faster rooting, more roots and higher survival rate of cuttings.
