Evaluation of Modern Agricultural Park Planning Program Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation
This paper summarizes the main contents of Guangdong modern agricultural park planning and builds evaluation system of 9 factors of first level and 39 indicators of second level by extracting the common assessment factors.The virtues or defect degree on planning compilation of modem agricultural park is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and using Delphi method to determine the weights of indicators of the evaluation system.It also provides the evaluation index and method of a combination of qualitative and quantitative for the compiling quality of relevant agricultural park plans.
