Response of Nematode Communities to Different Fertilizer-insecticides in Cantaloupe-growing Soil
Different fertilizer-insecticides were applied to the soil where Cantaloupe were cultivated to observe the number of nematodes and soil nematode communities in the rhizosphere.Pot experiment showed that Avermectin fosthiazate (GR),composite Bacillus spp.agent + amino acid, composite Bacillus spp.agent, lime nitrogen or Trichoderma reduced the total number of soil nematodes in the rhizosphere of the potted cantaloupe, plant parasitism, omnivorous nematodes, fungivorous nematodes, predatory nematodes, especially the omnivorous nematodes. From the influence of the fertilizer-inseticides on the number of nematodes in the rhizosphere, the composite Bacillus spp.+amino acid treatment, the Avermectin fosthiazate treatment, and the lime nitrogen treatment all had achieved a good control effect, averaging 58.34%~100%,and were not significant different in control effect. From the aspects of the quality safety of agricultural products and ecological safety, the composite Bacillus spp + amino acid has a broader application space and is worth further research and extension.
