摘要
红茶是国际茶叶贸易中最主要的贸易产品.我国是红茶生产和消费大国,由于生产方式和消费习惯与国际消费主流不同,导致我国红茶标准与国外相关标准存在差异.文章通过开展我国与世界红茶主要贸易国标准的差异性研究,提出完善我国红茶标准的建议,为提升我国红茶质量标准水平,减少红茶进出口技术性贸易壁垒,推动我国红茶标准走出去提供有益参考.
Abstract
Black tea is the most vital product in the international tea trade.China is a large country for black tea production and consumption.As the mode of production and consumption habits are different from the mainstream of international con-sumption,the standards for black tea in China differ from those abroad.This paper studies the differences in black tea stan-dards between China and other major trading countries,puts forward suggestions to improve Chinese black tea standards,provides a helpful reference to increase the quality of Chinese black tea standards,reduces the technical barriers to the import and export of black tea and promotes Chinese black tea standards to go global.
