摘要
为促进阿丁枫木材的合理、增值利用,对其木材刨削、砂削、铣削、钻削和开榫5项机械加工性能进行测试和评价.结果表明:阿丁枫木材在刨削加工时进料速度宜采用7m/min,在此条件下刨削试件合格率为40%;在砂削加工时,砂带目数宜采用120目,在此条件下砂削试件合格率为63%;铣削、钻削及开榫的试件合格率分别为100%、23%、100%.阿丁枫木材的综合机械加工性能评分为26.
Abstract
To promote rational and value-added utilization of Altingia chinensis wood,this paper tests and evaluates five mechanical properties:wood planing,sanding,boring,shaping,and mortising.The results showed that the feed rate should be seven m/min during the planning process,and the pass rate of the planning specimen was 40%under this condition.In the process,the mesh size of sand should reach 120.Under these conditions,the qualified percentage of sanding specimens was 63%.The percentages of boring,shaping,and mortising specimens were 100%,23%,and 100%,respectively.The compre-hensive mechanical performance score of Altingia chinensis was 26.
