摘要

开展耕地质量等级评价,可建立健全耕地质量等级调查评价与信息发布制度,并准确掌握区域尺度的耕地质量现状及变化趋势,查清影响耕地生产的主要障碍因素,有针对性提出加强耕地质量保护与提升的对策措施与建议,进而提升耕地质量管理水平.以三亚市耕地为对象,开展耕地质量等级年度变更评价.结果表明,全市耕地质量平均等级为5.23,其中高等级地(一级地至三级地)占全市耕地面积的 23.52%,中等级地(四级地至六级地)占 49.12%,低等级地(七级地至十级地)占 27.36%;三亚市耕地的主要障碍因素为障碍层次和渍潜,分别对其提出了改良措施及建议.

Abstract

A sound system for investigating,evaluating,and releasing information on cultivated land quality levels is estab-lished through the cultivated land quality level evaluation.The current situation and changing trends of cultivated land quality are understood,and timely information on cultivated land quality levels is released.The main obstacles affecting cultivated land production are identified,and targeted measures and suggestions are proposed to strengthen the protection and improve-ment of cultivated land quality,further improving the cultivated land quality management level.The results of this evaluation indicate that the average level of cultivated land quality in the city is 5.23,and the cultivated land quality is divided into ten levels.High-level land(from the first-to third-level land)accounts for 23.52%of the city's cultivated land area,medium-level land(from the fourth-to sixth-level land)accounts for 49.12%,and low-level land(from seventh-to tenth-level land)accounts for 27.36%.At the same time,corresponding improvement measures are proposed for the three main obstacle factors:obstacle level,waterlogging potential,and salt alkali.
