德宏傣族景颇族自治州甘蔗产业及其机械化应用现状分析

德宏傣族景颇族自治州作为云南省第二大甘蔗种植区,其产业发展在当地经济中扮演着重要角色.但德宏甘蔗产业发展面临丘陵山地机械化推进缓慢、同其他经济作物竞争力低等问题,严重制约当地甘蔗产业发展.经调查分析,2021-2022 榨季甘蔗种植面积 81.3 万亩(1 亩≈667 m2),农业产量 389 万t,入榨 364 万t,食糖产量 47 万t,出糖率 12.91%.机械化耕整地基本实现,坝区平坦地块机种达 99%,机械化中耕培土 37.73 万亩(占比 46.4%),机械化收获 9.6 万亩(占比 11.8%),仅陇川坝区就占全州机械收获量的 93.99%.本文就当前蔗区甘蔗产业现状及突出问题进行分析,并基于甘蔗产业政策、附加值延伸、农机农艺技术融合、产业服务等方面给出建议,旨在推进当地甘蔗产业持续健康发展.
Current Situation Analysis of the Sugarcane Industry and Its Mechanized Application in Dehong Prefecture
As the second-largest sugarcane-growing region in Yunnan Province,Dehong Prefecture is crucial to the growth of local economic industrial development.However,the development of Dehong's sugarcane industry encountered the problems of slow mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas and low competitiveness with other cash crops,which seriously re-stricted the development of the local sugarcane industry.By investigation and analysis,during the 2021-2022 sugarcane crushing season,the planting area of sugarcane was 813 000 mu with an agricultural output of 3.89 million tons,an input of 3.64 million tons,a sugar output of 470 000 tons,and a sugar yield of 12.91%.Mechanized plowing and land preparation have been achieved with 99%of the flat land in the dam area equipped with machines.A total of 377 300 mu of mechanized soil cultivation accounts for 46.4%,and 96 000 mu of mechanized harvest accounts for 11.8%.The Longchuan Dam area alone accounts for 93.99%of the total mechanical harvest in the state.The current situation and prominent issues of the sugarcane industry in the sugarcane region were analyzed in this thesis with suggestions based on sugarcane industry policies,value-added extension,the integration of agricultural machinery and agronomic technology,and industrial services,aiming to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the local sugarcane industry.
