摘要
为摸清和利用海南保亭黎族苗族自治县(简称保亭县)优质气候宜居资源,依据气象行业标准《气候资源评价 气候宜居城镇》从气候宜居的气候宜居禀赋、气候不利条件、气候生态环境、气候舒适性和气候景观 5 个方面选取指标,对其进行综合分析评价.结果表明,保亭县全年温暖,气候舒适度评价适宜等级日数超过 235 d,大气含氧量高,气候舒适宜人.年空气质量优良天数比例达 99.2%;负氧离子浓度为 1 508～2 553 个/cm3,森林覆盖率稳定在 84.9%及以上;地表水水质状况优良率达 97.1%,气候生态环境优良.自然地理条件优越,拥有云雾、日出、彩虹等多种气象景观以及山地、热带雨林、温泉、湖泊、瀑布等地形地貌景观.无低温、霾和沙尘天气,强风日数少;易出现强降水和强对流天气,干旱风险低;台风影响有利有弊,存在一定的气候风险,但影响总体偏轻.
Abstract
To determine and make full use of the high-quality climate livability resources in Baoting Li and Miao Autono-mous County,Hainan,according to the meteorological industry standard"Climate Resource Evaluation Climate Livable Towns"the climate livability of climate livability endowments,climate unfavorable conditions,climate ecological environ-ment,climate comfort,and climate landscape of the five aspects of the selected indicators were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.The results show that Baoting County is warm throughout the year,with more than 235 days of suitable ratings for climate comfort evaluation,a high atmospheric oxygen content,and a comfortable and pleasant climate.The annual proportion of good air quality days reaches 99.2%,the concentration of negative oxygen ions is 1 508-2 553 per cm3,and the forest cov-erage rate is stable at 84.9%and above;the excellent rate of surface water quality conditions reaches 97.1%,and the climate and ecological environment are elite.The natural geographic conditions are superior,with many meteorological landscapes such as clouds,sunrise,and rainbows and topographical landscapes such as mountains,tropical rainforests,hot springs,lakes,and waterfalls.There is no low temperature,haze,or dusty weather and few days of strong wind,heavy precipitation,strong-convective weather,or low risk of drought;typhoon impacts have both advantages and disadvantages,and there is a certain degree of climate risk,but the impaction is generally light.
