海南自贸港建设背景下热带特色休闲农业高质量发展研究

休闲农业作为一种"以农为本,创造新价值"的新型产业结构和新型消费业态,积极推动了海南自贸港建设、国际旅游消费中心建设、热带特色高效农业发展和乡村振兴发展.海南省率先重视休闲农业的发展,逐步形成了规范的经营模式,自贸港建设背景下海南热带特色休闲农业发展步入多种新业态,但其高质量发展还存在一定的问题.文章对海南热带特色休闲农业发展背景和现状加以分析,运用SWOT方法分析海南热带特色休闲农业发展的优劣势,发现问题,提出相应的对策建议,为深度开发海南热带特色农业资源潜力、调整农业结构、改善农业环境、增加农民收入、促进海南经济发展提供理论参考.
Research on the High-Quality Development Path of Tropical Characteristic Leisure Agriculture from the Perspective of Hainan Free Trade Port Construction
Leisure agriculture,as a new industrial system and consumption form"based on agriculture and creating new value",has actively promoted the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port,the construction of an international tourism consumption center,the development of efficient agriculture with tropical characteristics,and the revitalization and develop-ment of rural areas.Hainan Province has taken the lead in leisure agriculture development and has gradually formed a stan-dardized business model.From the perspective of free trade port construction,Hainan's tropical characteristic leisure agricul-ture has entered various new formats,but there are still some problems with its high-quality development.This paper analyses the development background and current situation of tropical leisure agriculture in Hainan Province,uses the SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development of tropical leisure agriculture in Hainan Province,identifies problems,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to further develop the potential of tropical agricultural resources in Hainan Province,adjust agricultural structure,improve the agricultural environment,increase farmers'income,and promote the economic development of Hainan Province.
