基于正交试验分析不同处理对西番莲扦插的影响

探索西番莲高效扦插繁育技术,为其种质资源保存及种苗推广提供依据.以西番莲台农 1 号的茎段为插条,采用 4 因素 4 水平正交实验设计,研究基质、激素、浓度、以及激素处理时间对台农 1 号茎段扦插效果的影响.结果表明:(1)四种因素对西番莲扦插效果的影响依次为 D(激素处理时间)>B(激素)>A(基质)>C(浓度);(2)西番莲扦插育苗的优组合为A2B1C2D4,即采用泥碳为扦插基质,使用浓度为 100 mg/L的ABT浸泡 10 min时,西番莲的扦插综合效果较好.本结果对西番莲优良种质保存和种苗生产提供技术依据.
Effects of Different Treatments on Passiflora edulis Cutting Based on Orthogonal Experiments
Efficient cutting technology for Passiflora edulis was explored to provide a basis for preserving germplasm resources and promoting the growth of seeds and seedlings.The stem segment of P.edulis'Tainong No.1'was used for cuttings.The effects of substrate,hormones,concentration,and soaking time on cuttings were studied by an orthogonal experimental design with four factors and four levels.The results showed that(1)the effect of four factors on the cutting effect was D(hormone treatment time)>B(hormone)>A(substrate)>C(concentration)in decreasing order;(2)The opti-mal combination of passionflower cuttings was A2B1C2D4,that is,when mud carbon was used as the cutting substrate,ABT at a concentration of 100 mg·L-l was applied for 10 min,the comprehensive effect on P.edulis cuttings improved.The re-sults provide a reliable technical basis for the preservation of excellent germplasm and the production of seeds and seed-lings of P.edulis.
