Effects of Different Treatments on Passiflora edulis Cutting Based on Orthogonal Experiments
Efficient cutting technology for Passiflora edulis was explored to provide a basis for preserving germplasm resources and promoting the growth of seeds and seedlings. The stem segment of P.edulis'Tainong No.1'was used for cuttings. The effects of substrate, hormones, concentration, and soaking time on cuttings were studied by an orthogonal experimental design with four factors and four levels. The results showed that(1)the effect of four factors on the cutting effect was D(hormone treatment time)>B(hormone)>A(substrate)>C(concentration)in decreasing order;(2)The opti-mal combination of passionflower cuttings was A2B1C2D4,that is,when mud carbon was used as the cutting substrate,ABT at a concentration of 100 mg·L-l was applied for 10 min,the comprehensive effect on P.edulis cuttings improved. The re-sults provide a reliable technical basis for the preservation of excellent germplasm and the production of seeds and seed-lings of P.edulis.
