Practice and Exploration of Promoting the Development of Efficient Agriculture with Tropical Characteristics in Hainan Through Digital Technology
With the rapid development of modern information technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data,the application of digital technology has become a vital means for the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture.Tropical characteristic high-efficiency agriculture is the prime pillar industry of Hainan Province,and it is also a crucial sup-port for the high-quality advancement of the free trade port construction.Empowering the high-quality development of tropical characteristic high-efficiency agriculture through digital technology holds significant importance.This paper summarizes the significant progress in the digital transformation of tropical characteristic high-efficiency agriculture in Hainan Province,analyses the issues faced,including insufficient coordinated efforts in the development of digital agriculture,relatively back-ward digital infrastructure and equipment in agriculture,inadequate integration of agricultural and rural data resources,low digitalization levels in leading industries,and lagging research and development in key core technologies.It explores various aspects of affective pathways to promote the digital development of tropical characteristic high-efficiency agriculture in Hainan Province,such as strengthening top-level design,consolidating digital foundational support,building a foundational data resource system for digital agriculture,promoting digital transformation in crucial industries,and nurturing and support-ing market entities in digital agriculture.
