摘要
刺角瓜不仅食药同源,含有VC、氧化剂、生物碱等多种有益物质,而且是葫芦科中具有抗根结线虫、病毒病、枯萎病等病害的特色植物资源.近年来在刺角瓜活性化合物和抗性基因挖掘取得了较大成就,具有潜在应用价值.本文重点从刺角瓜食药功能、抗性资源筛选、优异基因及代谢方面阐述了刺角瓜研究进展,基于研究现状,对刺角瓜资源利用提出展望.
Abstract
Cucumis metuliferus contains vitamin C,oxidants,alkaloids,and other substances and is also a characteristic plant resource in the Cucurbitaceae family that is resistant to Meloidogyne incognita,viral disease,Fusarium wilt,and other diseases.In recent years,great achievements have been made in mining active compounds and resistance genes in Cucumis metuliferus,which has potential application value.This paper focuses on the research progress of Cucumis metuliferus from the aspects of food and drug functions,screening of resistance resources,excellent genes,and metabolism.Based on this research,the utili-zation of Cucumis metuliferus resources is prospected.
