NAA预处理对三角梅水培和基质培扦插生根的影响

为探究更加高效、环保的三角梅繁殖方法,以樱花三角梅(Bougainvillea peruviana'Imperial Delight')半木质化枝条为试验材料,比较研究生长调节剂NAA预处理对三角梅水培和基质培扦插生根的影响.结果表明:200 mg/L NAA预处理能促进三角梅水培和基质培扦插生根;但在相同NAA浓度下,基质培各组生根率均高于水培组,且生根数及根长情况也优于水培组;根粗细及颜色与扦插方式无关.说明 200 mg/L的NAA适合'樱花'三角梅扦插繁殖;同时,水培扦插方式还需进一步优化.
Effects of NAA Pretreatment on the Rooting of Bougainvillea Cuttings in Hydroculture and Substrate Culture
Using Bougainvillea peruviana'Imperial Delight'semi-woody branches as experimental materials,this study compared the effects of NAA(naphthalene acetic acid)pretreatment on the hydroponic and substrate-cutting rooting of Bou-gainvillea.The results revealed that pretreatment with 200 mg·L-1 NAA promoted the rooting of Bougainvillea via both hy-droponic and substrate-cutting methods.However,at the same NAA concentration,the rooting rate in the substrate-cutting groups was greater than that of the hydroponic groups,and the number and length of roots were also greater in the sub-strate-cutting groups.Root thickness and color have nothing to do with cutting method.A concentration of 200 mg·L-1 NAA was determined to be suitable for the propagation of B.peruviana'Imperial Delight'through stem cuttings,while further op-timization is necessary for the hydroculture.
