摘要
芒果是一种具有特殊香味且营养丰富的水果,深受人们喜爱,是世界上消费量最大的热带水果之一.芒果皮中含有种类丰富的多酚类物质,包括花青素类、黄酮类、酚酸类等,具有较强的抗氧化、抗糖尿病、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗菌等活性.文章对近年来芒果皮多酚的药理作用研究进行综述,并对其应用前景进行展望,以期实现芒果加工副产物的高效利用,促进芒果产业的可持续发展.
Abstract
Mango is a type of fruit with a distinct fragrance and high nutritional value.It is one of the most consumed tropical fruits in the world.Mango peel contains a variety of polyphenols,including anthocyanins,flavonoids,phenolic acids,etc.,with strong antioxidant,anti-diabetic,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and other activities.In this paper,the pharmacological effects of mango peel polyphenols in recent years are reviewed,and provide an outlook on their application prospects to realize the efficient utilization of mango processing byproducts and promote the sustainable development of the mango industry is provided.
