摘要

为掌握化州柚的矿质营养元素累积和分配情况,通过考察化州柚结果期根、茎、叶、果实的生物量及营养元素含量,探究矿质营养元素在不同器官中的累积量及采果所造成的营养元素损失量.研究结果表明,化州柚树体累积的大量矿质营养元素平均含量排序为氮(N)>钾(K)>磷(P),中量元素平均含量排序为钙(Ca)>镁(Mg),微量元素平均含量从大到小排序为铁(Fe)>锰(Mn)>锌(Zn)>铜(Cu).化州柚地上部树体收获鲜果 30 kg/株时,果实带走养分量为N 125.72 g、P 55.77 g、K 95.48 g、Ca 23.63 g、Mg16.07 g、Fe 799.72 mg、Mn 640.91mg、Cu 124.78 mg、Zn 157.86 mg.因此,建议及时施用适量的氮、钾和钙肥料以补充收获及修剪带走的养分.

Abstract

To understand the accumulation and distribution of mineral nutrients in Citrus grandis'Tomentosa',the biomass and nutrient content of the roots,stems,leaves,and fruits of C.grandis'Tomentosa'were investigated to explore the accumu-lation of mineral nutrients in different organs and the loss of nutrient elements caused by fruit picking.The results revealed that the average contents of large and medium-sized mineral elements that accumulated in the trees were in the order of nitro-gen(N)>potassium(K)>phosphorus(P)>calcium(Ca)>magnesium(Mg)and the contents of trace elements were in the order of iron(Fe)>manganese(Mn)>zinc(Zn)>copper(Cu).When the fresh fruit of C.grandis'Tomentosa'was harvested at 30 kg.plant‒1,the nutrient components of the fruit were N(125.72 g),P(55.77 g),K(95.48 g),Ca(23.63 g),Mg(16.07 g),Fe(799.72 mg),Mn(640.91 mg),Cu(124.78 mg),Zn(157.86 mg).Therefore,appropriate amounts of nitrogen,potassium,and calcium fertilizers should be applied in time to supplement the nutrients removed by harvesting and pruning.
