摘要

以铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo)为实验材料,探索不同树种附生栽培对铁皮石斛的影响.结果表明:附生沉香处理能显著提高铁皮石斛的各项生长指标;附生花梨有助于提高铁皮石斛中总黄酮和粗纤维含量,附生橡胶和荔枝能显著提高铁皮石斛的醇浸出物;通过隶属函数法综合评价发现,附生于沉香树上对铁皮石斛生长与品质综合促进效果最佳,综合得分 0.70.

Abstract

The effects of epiphytic cultivation of different tree species on D.officinale were studied using Dendrobium offi-cinale kimura et Migo as experimental material.The results showed that the growth indices of D.officinale were significantly improved by the treatment with Aquilaria spp.The contents of total flavonoids and crude fiber in D.officinale were increased by epiphytic Dalbergia odorifera,and the alcohol extract of D.officinale was strongly increased by epiphytic Hevea brasil-iensis(Willd.ex A.Juss.)Müll.Arg.and Litchi chinensis Sonn.A comprehensive evaluation via the membership function method revealed that the attachment of Aquilaria spp.had the best comprehensive promotion effect on D.officinale growth and quality,with a comprehensive score of 0.70.
