为探究中国无忧花叶片呈色的形态和生理变化,以中国无忧花 5 个不同发育阶段叶片为材料,测定并比较叶片成熟变色过程中叶色参数L*(明度)、a*(蓝度)、b*(红绿)值以及叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、花色素苷等色素含量的变化情况,研究叶色变化与叶色参数、色素含量的关系.结果表明:(1)随着中国无忧花叶片发育,叶色从深紫红色转为深绿色,叶色参数 L*值和 b*值先增加后下降,而 a*值先下降后上升;(2)叶片内叶绿素总量和叶绿素 b 含量整体呈现上升的趋势,花色素苷含量则逐渐下降,叶绿素 a 含量和类胡萝卜素含量波动较小;(3)相关性分析发现,叶色参数 a*值与花色素苷含量间存在极显著正相关,与叶绿素总量间存在极显著负相关,叶色参数 b*、L*值与花色素苷含量间存在显著负相关.用色差仪对中国无忧花叶色进行测定,可以较好地表征叶片发育阶段呈现出的颜色变化.中国无忧花叶片从深紫红色变为深绿色,主要是由于叶绿素 b 和叶绿素总量上升、花色素苷含量不断减小导致.中国无忧花新叶红色和下垂,可能具有防止紫外线等强光照射造成伤害的作用.
Study of the Color Formation of Saraca dives New Leaves
To explore the morphological and physiological changes in the color of Saraca dives,leaves from five different developmental stages were used as materials.The values of the leaf color parameters L*(brightness),a*(blue-yellow),and b*(red-green)values,as well as the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoids,and anthocyanins during the maturation and coloration process of the leaves were determined and compared,and their correlations were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)As the leaves of Saraca dives developed,the leaf color changed from deep purple-red to deep green.The brightness(L*)and blue-yellow(b*)values initially increased and then decreased,while the red-green(a*)value initially decreased and then increased.(2)The content of total chlorophyll and chlorophyll b in the leaves tended to increase overall,whereas the content of anthocyanins gradually decreased.The variations in chlorophyll a and carotenoid contents were relatively small.(3)Correlation analysis revealed a highly significant positive correlation between the a* values of the leaf color parameters and the contents of anthocyanins,as well as a highly significant negative correlation with the total chlorophyll content.There was a significant negative correlation between the b* and L* values of the leaf color parameters and the content of anthocyanins.In conclusion,the use of a colorimeter to measure the leaf color of Saraca dives can be used to characterize color changes effec-tively during leaf development stages.The shift from deep purple-red to deep green in the leaves of Saraca dives is primarily due to the overall increase in chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents,coupled with a continuous decrease in the antho-cyanin content.
