Determination of the Residue contents of Bromothalonil,Fluopyram, and Imibenconazole in Orah via QuEChERS-Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry QuEChERS
An analytical method for the simultaneous extraction and detection of residues of the pesticides bromothalonil, imibenconazole, and fluopyram in Orah was established via ethyl acetate ultrasonic/oscillatory extraction and dispersive solid-phase extraction purification followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. For this method, the samples were subjected to ethyl acetate ultrasonic/oscillatory extraction for 25 minutes. After salt centrifugation, the supernatant was col-lected.For every milliliter of the extract,40 mg of PSA and 200 mg of MgSO4 were added for dispersive solid-phase extraction purification.Quantitative analysis was performed using an external standard calibration curve.Bromothalonil, fluopyram, and imibenconazole exhibited good linear relationships in the range of 0.01 mg·L-1 to 1.0 mg·L-1,with correlation coefficients(r)all≥0.999 9.The quantification limits were 0.076 mg·kg-1 for bromothalonil, with recoveries ranging from 60%to 89.93%;0.000 15 mg·kg-1 for imibenconazole, with recoveries ranging from 63.66%to 102.2%;and 3.0×mg·kg-1 for fluopyram, with recoveries ranging from 74.0%to 91.0%.The precision, expressed as the relative standard deviation(RSD),ranged from 3.9%to 5.88%(n=8).This method offers accurate qualitative and quantitative results and is fast and efficient.
