特晚熟/晚熟荔枝种质果实可溶性糖组分及含量分析

摘要

采用高效液相色谱法对 6 份特晚熟/晚熟荔枝种质果实中可溶性糖组分及含量进行测定.结果表明,特晚熟/晚熟荔枝果实的可溶性糖主要由果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖组成;果糖含量占总糖的比例为 35.84%,葡萄糖含量占比为30.27%,蔗糖含量占比为 33.89%.果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖在各种质间的变异系数分别为 7.62%、8.07%、13.45%.根据还原糖与蔗糖的比例,特晚熟/晚熟荔枝种质均为还原糖积累型.相关性分析结果显示,果实内各糖组分均与总糖呈正相关;果糖与葡萄糖含量呈极显著正相关,葡萄糖与总糖含量呈显著相关.

Abstract

The composition and content of soluble sugars in 6 extra-late/late litchi germplasm fruits were determined via high-performance liquid chromatography.The results revealed that the soluble sugars in extremely late maturing/late maturing litchi fruits were mainly composed of fructose,glucose,and sucrose.The fructose content accounted for 35.84% of the total sugar content,glucose content accounted for 30.27% of total sugar,and sucrose content accounted for 33.89% of the total sugar content.The coefficients of variation of fructose,glucose,and sucrose among the various substances were 7.26%,8.07%,and 13.45%,respectively.According to the ratio of reducing sugar to sucrose,both late maturing and late maturing litchi germplasms accumulate reducing sugars.Correlation analysis revealed that all sugar components in the fruit were positively correlated with total sugar.There was a highly significant positive correlation between the fructose and glucose contents,while there was a significant correlation between the glucose and total sugar contents.
