Investigation and Analysis of Garden Plants in Villa Areas of Qingdao City——Take Rongchuang Hongdao No.1 Courtyard as an Example
An on-site investigation and analysis of the current situation of garden plants in Rongchuang Hongdao No.1 Courtyard in the small villa area of Qingdao city center;the aim is to understand the current situation of plant variety selection and configuration in the villa area of Qingdao city.Based on the specific situation and existing problems,several suggestions are proposed for improving the plant configuration in the villa area of Qingdao.The results revealed that(1)there are 28 families,38 genera,and 48 species of plants in the villa area.(2)The proportions of deciduous trees and evergreen shrubs are relatively high,accounting for 29.17% and 25.00%,respectively,with fewer varieties of evergreen trees.(3)The flowering period of flowering plants covers four seasons,namely,spring,summer,autumn,and winter,ensuring that the plant landscape in the villa area has flowers throughout the four seasons.(4)There are rich levels of plants,reasonable combinations of trees,shrubs,and grasses,and a certain degree of integration between the plant configuration style and architectural style.However,the overall villa area lacks a vertical green landscape,and the application of vine plants is insufficient.Therefore,the villa area of Rongchuang Hongdao No.1 Courtyard should attach importance to vertical greening applications,increase plant species,enrich winter landscapes,improve plant conservation management awareness and techniques,and strengthen plant protection efforts.
