摘要
概括了农业全产业链的内涵,介绍了当前国内外农业全产业链大数据应用情况,尤其对国内现有重要农产品全产业链大数据建设与应用情况进行了总结.分析了广东荔枝生产基本情况、全产业链建设现状及存在问题,提出广东荔枝全产业链大数据的建设思路,并从栽培管理、品种结构优化、冷链物流、产品加工、文旅打造几方面提出在大数据建设方面的需求.最后从顶层设计与多方协同、强化标准与数据挖掘、推动平台建设与全链条服务、打造基地试点与示范和组建人才队伍专业服务 5 个方面提出促进广东荔枝全产业链大数据建设发展的建议.
Abstract
This review summarizes the connotation of the entire agricultural industry chain,introduces the current situation of big-data application in the whole farming industry chain at home and abroad,and especially summarizes the construction and application of crucial agricultural product big-data in the entire industrial chain in China.The basic situation of Guangdong lychee production,the current situation,and existing problems in the construction of the whole industry chain are analyzed,and the construction ideas of big data for the entire industry chain of Guangdong litchi are proposed.The needs in big-data construction,from cultivation management,variety structure optimization,cold chain logistics,product processing,and cul-tural tourism development,are listed.Finally,suggestions are proposed to promote the development of big-data construction in the entire industrial chain of Guangdong litchi from five aspects:top-level design and multi-party collaboration,strengthening standards and data mining,promoting platform construction and full-chain services,creating pilot bases and demonstrations,and establishing a talent team for professional services.
