Guangzhou is an important production area for middle-and late-ripening litchi in China.Given the background of global warming,the litchi industry's demand for meteorological services has increased.The development status of the litchi industry in Guangzhou and the impact of litchi production on meteorological conditions,summarization are analyzed,the progress of litchi meteorological services is summarized,and the main technical shortcomings of current lychee meteorologi-cal services are psychoanalyzed from three aspects:the observation station network,indicator system,and risk avoidance,and make suggestions.Suggestions and prospects for future litchi meteorological services are made from three aspects:solving core technologies is solved,and promoting industry prosperity is pushed to provide a reference for"meteorology+"to em-power the high-quality development of the litchi industry.
