摘要
桃花心木[Swietenia mahagoni(L.)Jacq.]为楝科桃花心木属植物.在印度、马来西亚等国家传统上用于治疗糖尿病、疟疾、腹泻等疾病.通过CNKI、Pubmed等工具检索桃花心木的萜类成分和药理作用,并对其研究进展进行综述.共检索出 94 种萜类化合物,是其主要的化学成分,以柠檬苦素类化合物最多.主要药理作用有降血糖、抑菌、抗氧化、抑制血小板聚集、杀虫抗疟、抗炎镇痛、保肝、细胞毒性等.然而,桃花心木发挥药理活性的物质基础及其作用机制,还有待进一步研究和论证.本综述为桃花心木进一步药用价值的开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
Swietenia mahagoni(L.)Jacq.is a Swietenia plant of Meliaceae.It is traditionally used to treat diabetes,malaria,diarrhea,and other diseases in India,Malaysia,and other countries.The terpene constituents and pharmacological effects of mahogany were retrieved from CNKI,PubMed,and other databases,and its research progress was reviewed.A total of 94 terpenoids,which are the main chemical components,were retrieved,and limonin is the main terpenoid.The main pharma-cological effects are hypoglycemic,antibacterial,antioxidant,platelet aggregation inhibition,insecticidal,antimalarial,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,hepatoprotective,cytotoxicity,etc.However,the material basis and mechanism of mahogany's pharmacological activity of mahogany needs to be further studied and demonstrated.This study provides a reference for fur-ther development and utilization of the medicinal value of this cultivar.
