摘要
小浆果泛指果实较小多汁的一类水果,主要包括蓝莓、树莓、蔓越橘、草莓、桑葚等.由于小浆果富含各种人体必需的营养成分,具有绿色、生态、保健等特点,越来越受到消费者青睐,小浆果产业化种植与加工将成为红河哈尼族彝族自治州林果业一个新的经济增长点.红河州小浆果产业处于起步阶段,文章从小浆果种植技术、品牌打造、合作模式等方面,分析了红河州小浆果产业的发展机遇和瓶颈,明确了强化上层规划、标准制定、政策保障对该产业发展的重要意义.
Abstract
Small berries generally refer to a type of fruit tree species with relatively smaller and juicy fruits,mainly including blueberries,raspberries,cranberries,strawberries,mulberries,etc.Due to the high content of various essential nutrients for the human body,small berries are increasingly favored by consumers because of their green,ecological,and health characteristics.Industrialized planting and processing will become a new economic growth point for the forestry and fruit industry in Hani-Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Honghe.The small berry industry in Honghe Prefecture is in its early stages.This study analyzes the development opportunities and bottlenecks of the small berry industry in Honghe Prefecture from the perspectives of planting technology,brand building,and cooperation models.It highlights the crucial importance of strengthening upper-level planning,standard formulation,and policy guarantees for the development of the industry.
