60Co-γ辐射处理对不同株龄蝴蝶兰生长发育的影响

以蝴蝶兰品种郑农鸿运的 2.5 寸(1 寸≈3.33 cm)中苗和 3.5 寸成熟苗为研究对象,进行不同剂量的辐射处理,探究 60Co-γ射线辐照处理对不同株龄蝴蝶兰生长的影响.结果表明:(1)60Co-γ辐射处理影响蝴蝶兰植株的生长发育,不同株龄的蝴蝶兰对辐射的敏感度不同,2.5 寸郑农鸿运中苗对 60Co-γ射线更敏感;(2)各剂量辐射处理均能增加蝴蝶兰叶片厚度和叶绿素含量;(3)低剂量的 60Co-γ辐射能够诱导花梗伸长、花朵增大,高剂量的 60Co-γ辐射抑制了蝴蝶兰开花;(4)10Gy剂量的 60Co-γ辐射处理在植株生长和开花方面更具优势,可作为蝴蝶兰辐射诱变的推荐剂量.
Effects of 60Co-γ Radiation Treatment on the Growth and Development of Phalaenopsis at Different Plant Ages
To investigate the effects of 60Co-γ ray irradiation on the growth of Phalaenopsis at different ages,2.5-inch(1 inch≈ 3.33 cm)medium-grown seedlings and 3.5-inch mature seedlings of the Phalaenopsis cultivar'Zhengnonghongyun'were treated with various doses of 60Co-γ ray irradiation.The results revealed that(1)60Co-γ radiation treatment affected the growth and development of Phalaenopsis plants.The sensitivity to radiation was different at different ages,and the 2.5-inch"Zhengnong Hongyun"seedlings were more sensitive to 60Co-γ rays.(2)All radiation doses could increase the leaf thickness and chlorophyll content of Phalaenopsis.(3)A low dose of 60Co-γ radiation can induce pedicel elongation and flower enlargement,whereas a high dose of 60Co-γ radiation can inhibit Phalaenopsis flowering.(4)A 10 Gy dose of 60Co-γ radiation treatment has more advantages in plant growth and flowering and can be used as the recommended dose for radiation mutagenesis in Phalaenopsis orchids.
